- Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) Solicitation Number W15P7T-15-R-0008 (formerly W15P7T-14-R-0016) The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) will host an Industry Day for the potential Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) acquisition. The goal of the event is to provide potential offerors with information regarding the program objectives, to walk through the draft solicitation, and to answer questions regarding the draft solicitation. The Government will not hear formal bids from industry as the purpose of the Industry Day is only to facilitate communications and answer questions regarding the program and draft solicitation. DATE: Tuesday, December 16, 2014 TIME: 9:00AM to 12:00PM (Doors will open at 7:30AM) PLACE: Mallette Auditorium, Building 6008, Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD AGENDA: (subject to change) 7:30 - 9:00: Sign in for all attendees 9:00 - 10:00: Introduction and Review of Draft Solicitation 10:00 - 10:30: Break 10:30 - 11:30: Review of Q&A for Questions Submitted Prior to December 8th 11:30 - 12:00: Q&A IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. LIMIT ON ATTENDEES: Due to space limitations, attendance is limited to no more than two (2) representatives per company. There will be no formal pre-registration process, however all attendees will be asked to sign in at the door. In lieu of signing in, attendees may provide business cards at the door (drop box will be provided). 2. POST ENTRY: All attendees shall meet the requirements for admission to APG, including a Government issued photo ID (e.g. Common Access Card or Driver's License), vehicle registration or car rental agreement, and proof of insurance. Paper passes will NOT be issued for this event. Therefore, attendees without a military ID or CAC are encouraged to arrive early to allow ample time to process through the Visitor Center at the gate on Route 715. At this time, security permits entry of passengers with Government ID (driver's license) if one person in the vehicle has a military ID or CAC. Therefore, carpooling is recommended to reduce the wait time at the Visitor Center. 3. PARKING: Parking at Building 6008 is extremely limited. Overflow parking is available at Building 6001. Building 6001 is about a half mile walk from the auditorium (Building 6008). Carpooling is recommended. 4. DRAFTS: Sections C, L, and M of the draft solicitation was posted to FedBizOpps on November 21, 2014. A draft of the entire solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps no later than December 10, 2014.
