- This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0055801763; solicit as Unrestricted for approved source of supply with AMC/AMSC of 3P. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-15-R-1357, was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1560-01-498-8003, Window Panel, Aircraft for a 120 each. Item is not Critical Application, neither is commercial item. Export Control does not apply. Item is not Critical Safety Item (CSI) per Critical Review Data. This is a First Destination Transportation (FDT) solicitation. The Production delivery objective is 216 DARO, with FOB point @ Origin and Inspection & Acceptance at Origin requested. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size, Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1). This request is for a written quote. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. The Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
