- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Lisa Gallagher, Contract Specialist; email: lisa.a.gallagher2.civ@mail.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX5F0109AX, NOUN: Input Assy, Load; NSN: 1560-01-078-5725; P/N: 70301-02110-042; 350 each Min Qty/1950 each Max Qty on a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with Contractor Tested First Article Requirement is 350 each 263 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 400 each for years 2-5 until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 163 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test is 350 each 175 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 400 each for years 2-5 until contract completion. This is a 100% HubZone Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than HubZone business concerns. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in HubZone Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. HubZone businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. WARNING: THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
