- Description
- The Naval Air Ware Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) RFM Node Enclosure with Lid (Quantity - 400 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Small Parts Manufacturing Co. Inc., 4401 NE MLK Jr. Blvd, Portland, OR 97211 due to unique capability. Small Parts Manufacting Co. Inc. made the first prototype and the enclosure has to fit existing mounting hardware on targets. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
