- Description
- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 4,308 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 4,130 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 18 surface parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the USDA NRCS. The lease has been awarded to the JKS Holdings, LLC in Westby, WI. Commencing November 1, 2014 through October 30, 2019, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $109,610.40 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $9,134.20 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $55,755.00 annually, operating rent of $32,131.40 annually, and $21,724.00 tenant improvement reimbursement annually. The lease terms are set at 5 years/5 years firm.
