- Sole Source Justification NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER: The Army Contracting Command (ACC) Edgewood Division intedns to solicit and negotiate with one source,CMS Research Corporation. The statutory authority for this acquisition is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii), the Laptops CHROM-LINK Laptops and Lewisite Probe Controller Cables are availabel for only one source. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAISC) is 334516. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm that believes it can meet the specifications above may give written notification to the point of contact below no later thatn 12:00 P.M., (EST) on 10 December 2014. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
