It is not a Critical Safety Application (CSI) item nor is it a commercial item. Configuration Control and Higher Level Quality Management-ISO 9001:2008 apply. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This item is sole source to Parker Hannifin Corporation. This agency does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Parker Hannifin CAGE 59211, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request package, (SAR). The SAR package will not be considered for the current procurement.
