U.S. Government's General Services Administration (GSA) Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition State: TN City: Memphis Delineated Area: North - South Parkway; East - Third St; South -Horn Lake Rd & South Third St; West - Kansas St / New Horn Lake Rd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 23 Parking Spaces (Surface): 23 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 4 years Firm Term: 1 year Option Term: None Additional Requirements: None The United States Government intends to award a un-evaluated renewal option using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Social Security Administration that is expiring in Memphis, TN. The Government requires 10,661 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 9,270 ANSI/BOMA office area and 23 surfaced parking spaces. The space must be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
