Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole source basis to H.B. McClure Company for Bulk Delivery of Liquid Propane Gas and the Supply of Tanks in support of the FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER/NAVAL FACILITIES (FLC/NAVFAC) Mid Atlantic, Public Works Department (PWD) in Mechanicsburg, PA. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the statutory authority of FAR 6.302-1. This requirement is for a Base Year of 12 months with a period of performance on or about from 01 January 2015 to 31 December 2016. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within five days after the date of publication of this synopsis which will conclude on 11 December 2014 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS code is 238220.
