- MICC Moffett Field will conduct an Industry Day for local vendors on providing supplies and services to the 63d Regional Support Command (RSC), U.S. Army Reserve. The information is provided to assist you in preparing your business plan for the current fiscal year(s) and assessing whether you may be interested in providing services and supplies to the Government. MICC cannot guarantee that it will issue a solicitation for the exact requirement or within the same range of value for the current contract price. Moreover, the information provided does not constitute sensitive source selection materials nor is it intended to provide any potential offer/bid or any type of competitive advantage should MICC issue a solicitation for the requirement. If you have additional questions, please contact the designated contracting officer. PURPOSE The purpose of this Industry Day is to engage industry in an interactive way to gather additional information to support on-going market research efforts. Participation in this Industry Day is voluntary and in no way obligates the Government to award any contracts or pay any costs associated with such participation. This Industry Day is part of ongoing Government market research for planning purposes only. It is NOT a solicitation. This is NOT an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government does NOT intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice. EVENT DETAILS When: Thursday, January 15, 2015 Where: Mission Installation Contracting Command 685 Vernon Street., Mountain View, CA 94043 Registration from 8am to 9am PDT Notification of attendance is required NO LATER THAN 2pm Pacific Daylight Saving Time, Wednesday, 14 January 2015, submitted by e-mail to the point of contact identified below. You must provide the name and title of who will attend along with the company name. The point of contact for this event is Sharon.R.Holloman.mil@mail.mil Lunch will not be provided by the Government. However, a local vendor will be on site to provide a variety of choices for lunch. Please include in your RSVP if you plan on having lunch on-site, cash only.
