Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for snow removal services at MG Albert C. Lieber USARC, 6901 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, VA 22310-3320. The Period of Performance is a base year and four option periods. The requirement is 100% setaside for small businesses. A Solicitation will be posted on or about 05 December 2014; date is subject to change. Please see block #8 of the solicitation for the offer due/closing date. In order to receive an award, contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management), https://www.sam.gov. The Primary NAICS code for the snow removal is 561790. SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS 16 DEC 2014 AT 1PM EST BUT AS STATED ABOVE CHECK BLOCK #8 OF SOLICITATION. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE MAILED.
