- 1. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT a.) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number for this requirement is F2V4FM05DEC2014. This acquisition is unrestricted. The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Florida, requires non-personal services in support of Ambulatory Services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated September 14, 2014. b.) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-77, effective 14 October 2014, DFAR DPN 20141014, effective 15 October 2014 and AFFAR AFAC 2014-1001, effective 01 October 2014. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 624230, Emergency and other Relief Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $30 million. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. Reference attached PWS for complete details of required services. Site visit scheduled for 17 Dec 2014 @ 1000 a.m. EST. If changes occur, interested contractors will be notified.
