Description

Request for Information Number: VA786-15-Q-0047 Sources Sought. This is a sources sought announcement and shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or obligation on behalf of the Government to acquire products, goods or services. Currently, funds are unavailable for this requirement and have not been appropriated for this announcement. Please be advised that any information provided or furnished by prospective offerors in response to this announcement is voluntary and done so at no costs to the Government. The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration located at 155 Van Gordon Street, Lakewood, CO 80228 is seeking information from qualified and eligible companies capable of transporting one each Restroom Trailer from the Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Beldford Road, Holly MI 48442 to Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, TX 78209. The overall weight of the trailer is approximately 11,850 lbs. with dimensions 8' x 28' and the trailer has two axles. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 488490 with a small business size standard of $7.5M. The National Cemetery Administration is conducting market research to identify companies capable of providing transportation services to include loading, transporting, and unloading the trailer at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Please note that any applicable connections to the trailer will be done by the Government. Please include with your package any information pertaining General Services Administration Contracts (include GSA contract number, point-of- contact information, phone number, etc ¦). In addition, please include information regarding the social economic status of your company such as small business, large business, service disabled veteran owned small business concern, veteran owned small business concern, etc ¦).
