Description

The El Paso VA Health Care System (EPVAHCS) has a requirement for Chiller Maintenance and Repair Services. The successful offeror shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, and transportation necessary to perform these services for the EPVAHCS, 5001 N Piedras Street, El Paso, TX 79930. The contract period is estimated to be for a base period, from date of award through September 30, 2015, subject to award. The EPVAHCS anticipates four one year option periods to be exercised at the Government's discretion in addition to the base period subject to the availability of funding. This procurement is conducted under the authority listed in the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The applicable NAICS Code is 238220 and the size standard is $14 million dollars. This action is being procured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Solicitation is due on or before December 18, 2014, by Noon local time (Amarillo, Texas). Copies of the Solicitation may be obtained by electronically by visiting the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (www.fbo.gov). All questions in reference to this solicitation shall be in writing to include a point of contact, telephone number, and an e-mail address/fax number. Questions must be e-mailed to Mark Branum, Contract Specialist, at mark.branum@va.gov no later than December 11, 2014, at Noon local time (CST). The Government reserves the right to not answer questions not meeting this deadline if doing so would result in an amendment requiring an extension of the solicitation and an extension would not be in the best interest of the Government. Any amendments issued to this Solicitation will be incorporated into a written amendment posted to the FBO website (www.fbo.gov). Offerors are responsible for acknowledging amendments.
