- The Government has decided to delay the pre-proposal telephone conference with prospective Offerors for the acquisition of Fire Emergency Services Personal Protective Equipment, solicitation FA8056-14-R-0004. The new pre-proposal telephone conference date is now set for 12:00 EST on 17 Dec 2014. The Government will deliver prepared answers to questions received during the conference call. The Government may or may not answer follow-up questions or other questions during this conference call. Remarks and explanations at the conference shall not qualify the terms of the solicitation-- terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. Participants will not need to identify themselves during the call and the questions submitted prior to the call will remain anonymous to other participants.
