THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6-STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE, THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. OFFERS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a solicitation W91YU0-15-T-0063 of Purchase Request 0010621737 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Having to adjust eyepieces with each movement not only waste time, it can serve as opposition to infection control from dirty gloves touching eyepieces. MORA adapter allows scope to possess comfort hand grips. Each handgrip (independently left and/or right) can be adjusted 360 degrees. This allows dental professional to have ease of access to grip on his/her side of scope at position most suitable for his/her adjustment, and also allows dental assistant to place his/her handle out of way from path of hand exchange of instruments.
