- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. McAlester Army Ammunition Plant has issued a Request for Quote for 3 parts (electrodes, torch tips, and gas distibuors) for use with the Thermal Dynamics Plasma Cutter (See posted solicitation for additional requirements.) FOB Destination - McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. This solicitation has been issued via the internet at https//www.fbo.gov and will close 15 Dec 2014. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to this web site and it is the contractor's responsibility to check site daily for any posted changes. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must have a current active registration at System for Award Management (SAM) - https://www.sam.gov.
