- This bridge effort is only available through AAI-Textron Systems, 124 Industry Ln., Hunt Valley, MD 21030-3342 under the authority of other than full and open competition 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR subpart 6.302-1(a)(2). Only one or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources and no Other Type of Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This extension to the current contract will continue to be Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) awarded via modification to CLS contract W58RGZ-13-C-0016 for a period of 128 days (December 31, 2014-May 7, 2015). All responsible sources may submit a quote to the email address in this notice. All submissions must be received by December 22, 2014. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting a proposal. However, all proposals received by the response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
