- This market survey is for a contract for repairs in support of the Coastal Environmental Systems Stand Alone Weather System (SAWS) equipment for AML-7070 Nav/Land/Weather Prod division, of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, Ok. The contractor shall furnish all repair services and return to the FAA or field facilities on exchange and repair (E&R) or on a repair and return (R&R) basis. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this market survey. Therefore any cost associated with a market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor ™s expense. The FAA intends to award on a single source basis with Coastal Environmental Systems as they are the only known source, are the OEM, and hold the proprietary rights and the technical documentation. It is anticipated the resultant contract will contain a one-year base period with four additional one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the FAA. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from all businesses that are interested in and capable of providing these repairs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICSSize Standard 811219$20.5M In order to make the determination the FAA requires the following information from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement - This document shall identify proof of access to Coast Environmental Systems ™ technical drawings, specifications, and service data in order to furnish all required labor, facilities, equipment, replacement parts, supplies, materials (direct and indirect), fixtures, tools, test equipment, appropriate technical data, to restore and modify Government-owned components of the following Coastal Environmental Systems ™ manufactured Stand Alone Weather Sensors (SAWS) equipment listed below to a completely serviceable condition in accordance with original manufacturers specifications, applicable with all the terms, conditions and provisions herein. This document should clearly state whether you can provide all maintenance and repair of Coastal Climate Environmental Systems SAWS equipment.
