EMPTORIS Invitation 1 of 3 EMPTORIS Invitation 2 of 3 EMPTORIS Invitation 3 of 3 An official solicitation notice with general specifications is expected to be issued on December 08, 2014. Solicitations will only be accepted via the EMPTORIS eSourcing system. Please see below on how to participate. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Prior Experience: Suppliers must provide three examples of a replacement project in an occupied commercial or manufacturing-type building completed in the past five years at a cost exceeding $1 Million. Bonding: Contractor must have the ability to obtain 100 percent performance and payment bonds for this project. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE OPPORTUNITY All proposals must be submitted in USPS eSourcing Emptoris. USPS eSourcing Emptoris is a web-based electronic solicitation that automates, standardizes, and streamlines the sourcing of facilities. If your organization wishes to participate in this solicitation, the following are instructions on how to participate: If your company is already registered in Emptoris, please contact Thomas Pio at thomas.m.pio@usps.gov or (860) 285-7345 to request an (RFP) request for proposal. If your organization wishes to participate in this solicitation and you are not registered in Emptoris, please contact Thomas Pio at thomas.m.pio@usps.gov and request Emptoris registration instructions. Once a supplier completes the registration process, the Postal Service will review the entry within three (3) business days to ensure it is complete and accurate. Upon approval, the supplier will be notified via e-mail of their log-in credentials. Separate electronic messages will be sent inviting them to participate in the solicitation and notifying registrants when the event opens. Organizations can register at any time. However, it is recommended that prospective offerors complete their registration prior to December 19, 2014. Each organization must "accept" the Invitation in order to place a proposal in Emptoris. Any required documentation may be attached to your proposal after submitting total dollar amount of proposal in Emptoris. CLOSING TIME WILL NOT BE EXTENDED DUE TO OPERATOR INABILITY WITHIN EMPTORIS.
