- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting for Lube Oil Flush services for a forward deployed ship in support of Ship Repair Facility-Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC)Detachment Sasebo, Japan. This acquisition will be set aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound. The contract Period of Performance is 2~9 February 2015. Terms will be F.O.B. Destination It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the NECO website on or about 10 December 2014 with proposals due on or about 29 Dec 2014. A Firm-Fixed Price, Service type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FLC Puget Sound. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed.
