- 151060-STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 151060-LCP CATHOLIC SPIRITUAL GUIDE FY 2015 The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to make a single award for the provision of Catholic Spiritual Guide Life Connection Program Services for the Federal Correctional Complex, located in Hopewell, Virginia. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contractor shall provide Catholic Spiritual Guide services for the inmate population in a correctional setting for the Religious Services Department at FCC Petersburg. The contract period will consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months. The estimated quantities for the base year 1506 sessions per year. A session is defined as one hour. The contractor will conduct services not to exceed 30 hours per week. The contractor will normally work, Monday thru Friday (except federal holidays), between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.,include a 30- minute unpaid lunch break. The selected contractor must be able to provide religious instruction based on expertise as it relates to the core curriculum materials. The Catholic Spiritual guide must be in good standing with the faith community. The contractor will provide Catholic Spiritual Guide services in accordance with Bureau of Prison policy. Offerors are requested to submit photocopies of their resume or license and/ or board certification, and sign a consent for release of information for verification of credentials along with their quote price per session. The solicitation will be made available on or about December 08, 2014, and will be distributed solely through the General Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed soleley through this website.
