- The FAA, Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston office currently has a requirement to replace the existing Visual Approach Slope Indicator (VASI) systems serving Runway 24 & Runway 29 with new Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) systems, at the Igor Sikorsky Memorial Airport, Stratford (Bridgeport), CT. Engineering/Facility Point of Contact (POC) will be Dan Daudier, 603-881-1279. A site visit is scheduled for December 17, 2014, interest parties should contact Dan Daudier 24 hours prior. The performance period is forty-five (45) calendar days, after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Notice to proceed is anticipated to be issued on or about March 2, 2015. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 - with a size standard of $36.5 MILLION. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $150,000 to $300,000. Performance and payment bonds are required.
