- 14RJQ29_0001_syn AMENDMENT 0001 : This amendment is being issued to change the quantity of TSS being procured from the original synopsis issued on 28 March 2014. The quantity has changed from a quantity of 11 Target Sight Sensor (TSS) systems and up to 2 additional option systems to 14 TSS systems. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov.
