- This solicitation will contain 2 NSNs (3110-01-030-3831 and 3110-00-141-9561) for a BEARING, BALL, ANNULAR. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite delivery purchase order under commercial procedures. THIS SOLICITATION CONTEMPLATES A SOLE-SOURCE AWARD TO JAMAICA BEARINGS CO INC PURSUANT TO FAR 19.1406. Approved Sources for 3110-01-030-3831 : ROCKWELL COLLINS, INC. (95105), MPB CORP (40920) and NHBB (50294) P/N 309-1969-010.The required delivery for is 30 days ARO. The estimated annual quantity is 477 each. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 120 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 120 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 240 each. Approved Sources for 3110-01-141-9561: MPB CORP (40920) and NHBB (50294) P/N S623-8. The required delivery for is 100 days ARO. The estimated annual quantity is 274 each. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 70 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 70 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 140 each. The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The issue date is 8 DEC 14 (anticipated closing date of 15 DEC 14), anticipated award date is January 15, 2015. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
