Description

Network Contracting Office (NCO) is planning to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for fire inspection services for the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center (SFVAMC). These services will be required at various facilities located throughout Northern California, extending as far north as Eureka, California to as far south as Pacifica, California. The solicitation number for this RFQ is VA261-15-Q-0127. The solicitation will be issued on or about December 9, 2014, with an anticipated proposal due date of December 23, 2014. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on or about January 1, 2015 through September 30, 2015 with four (4) one year option periods. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 541350, size standard $7.5 million. This will be a firm fixed priced contract and is 100% set aside for VOSB. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. All questions shall be submitted in writing to deborah.starr2@va.gov not later than December 22, 2014 at 12:00 PM HST. Note: VOSB firms must be registered at the time of quote submission and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry http://www.vetbiz.gov/ Vendors not registered in the VetBiz Registry at the time of quote submission will not be considered for award.
