Description

The United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Region 5, intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: Platform terminal transmitter satellite tracking tags, along with refurbishing other satellite tags currently owned by the USFWS, model IMP/TAV-2640. This requirement is sole sourced to: Telonics, Inc., 932 E. Impala Ave., Mesa, AZ, due to unique capability. This procurement action is identified as small business with an award amount of $62,519.00. The NAICS code is 517919, All Other Telecommunications, with a size standard of $32.5 million. Any firms believing that they can provide the products listed may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 14 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to provide the items described with equal accuracy and reliability.
