Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Salisbury, NC 28144, will be soliciting quotations for Ambulatory Services. The contractor shall provide all materials and supplies necessary to complete each item. A request for quotation, VA246-14-Q-1203, will be issued on or about December 9, 2014. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is April 01, 2015 (or date of award) through September 30, 2015 for the base period, with two (2) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. This is a 100% small business (SB) set-aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 621910 with a Size Standard of $14.0M.
