- U.S. GOVERNMENT The United States Government occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Willimantic, CT. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease approximately the following space: State: Connecticut City: Willimantic, CT Delineated Area: City limits of Willimantic, CT Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,936 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,232 ABOA Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 7 Option Term: 1 Three (3) Year Option Additional Requirements: Reference project # 4CT0101A Offered space must meet all Government requirements contained in the RLP/Lease to be issued, including requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Must be a direct lease, or if not a direct lease, then a letter from ownership willing to enter into a direct lease with the Government within the parameters of this lease procurement. Space shall be located within a prime commercial district within Willimantic, CT with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than Monday, December 23, 2014 at 2:00 PM, and should include the following information at a minimum: •· Building name and address; •· Location of space in the building and date of availability; •· Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and full service rental rate per RSF; •· ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet offered and full service rental rate per ABOA SF; •· Scaled floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space; •· Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. Owners, brokers, or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered.
