- The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for snow removal services at PFC Ralph E. Pomeroy USARC, 6 John Raine Drive, Rainelle, WV. The Period of Performance is a base year and four option periods. The requirement is 100% setaside for small businesses. A Solicitation will be posted on or about 09 December 2014; date is subject to change. Please see block #8 of the solicitation for the offer due/closing date. In order to receive an award, contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management), https://www.sam.gov. The Primary NAICS code for the snow removal is 561730. SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS 19 DEC 2014 AT 1PM EST BUT AS STATED ABOVE CHECK BLOCK #8 OF SOLICITATION. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE MAILED.
