- Exhibit one for submitting pricing Logo for embroidering, to be in white Request for Quotation This is a subcontracting opportunity with Management & Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Inland Empire Job Corps Center. MTC is requesting bids for providing shirts, hats and skull caps with Embroidery. Product to be provided is in Exhibit I. All bids must be returned by mail or electronically and received no later than 2:00 PM on December 18, 2014.
