Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued and as a result, quotations are being requested. A written Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation W911SR-15-P-HGENKIT is issued as the RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-78. Refer to the quote mark Quote Submission Form quote mark posted with this notice. The Government intends to award a single award, firm-fixed-price purchase order for the purchase of three Parker Hannifin Hydrogen Generator Double Cell Repair Kit, quantity (3) - part number R454970208. Vendors responding to this RFQ shall submit the quote on the document entitled quote mark QUOTE SUBMISSION FORM quote mark and posted with this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 325120 Industrial Gas Manufacturing; the Size Standard in Number of Employees is 1000; the FSC/SVC Code is 6830.
