Delivery: Arabian Gulf (Intentions Sitra, Bahrain), Redelivery: Arabian Gulf (Intentions Mesaieed, Qatar). Laydays commence 06 January 2015 and cancel 08 January 2015. The period of performance will be 90 days. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. 17. Set-aside Status: N/A 18. The decision to release this solicitation on an "Unrestricted" is based on responses received from recent, similar contract awards and market knowledge.
