- Western Area Power Administration, Upper Great Plains Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this requirement. The work includes once per week refuse collection in Jamestown, ND using Western Area Power Administration Owned Containers. See attached SOW for details.
