- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR MELTING HEAT SINK FOR EXTRA VEHICULAR ACTIVITY TOOL BATTERY. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to answer the question below. Question 1: Is a solid model of the volumetric constraints available in a format that can be used in SolidWorks such as IGES? Answer 1: Please see the link with the available formats. http://procurement.jsc.nas a.gov/NNJ15534516Q/pcm-01.zip Question 2: We are actively registered with SAM. Do I need to provide a copy of FAR 52.212-3 at all? If so, what specific sections? Answer 2: No, you do not need to provide a copy of FAR 52.212-3. Representations and Certifications are included in your active SAM record. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on Nov 24, 2014.
