Description

Questions and Answers: Solicitation VA249-15-N-0154 - Intent to Sole Source Question 1 - How many days of training you want? Answer - This requirement calls for 5 days of training. The training is to be conducted December 15, 2014 - December 19, 2014. Question 2 - How many students will attend? Answer - There will be 30 students in attendance. Question 3 - Whether you want travel to be included in a lump sum quote or stated separately? Answer - Travel and all applicable expenses are be included in a lump sum quote and not stated and or listed separately. PLEASE NOTE: Solicitation VA249-15-N-0154 is an Intent to Sole Source- This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 611430 and has a size standard of $11.0M for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 4:30PM, CST, December 11, 2014 to: Victoria.Rone3@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
