- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT USING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION U S Coast Guard Elizabeth City, NC This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space for the U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator in Elizabeth City, NC from Fairway Estates 508 E. Main St. Elizabeth City, NC 27907, the current Lessor. The Government will negotiate a sole source succeeding lease at the existing location at 1461 North Road St. Elizabeth City, NC 28216. This is due to the economic benefit i.e. relocation/moving of personal property, telecommunication relocation, disruption, and tenant improvement costs which are not expected to be recovered through full and open competition. The Government will negotiate with the current Lessor to lease for the U.S. Coast Guard approximately 5,774 rentable square feet of office space. Required : All services, supplies, utilities, relocation costs, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy : The space is required on or before March 31, 2016. Term : The lease term will be for 10 years 5 years firm.
