- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Park Attendant Services at West Hill Dam, Northbridge, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: park attendant to do daily operation and maintenance of a park entrance fee booth to include fee collection, daily cash outs, cleaning park restrooms, change house, grills and picnic tables at West Hill Park. The period of performance of the resulting contract will be summer 2015 with option periods in 2016 and 2017. This solicitation will be available on or about 31 December 2014. No additional information will be available until the solicitation is released. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and quote mark register now quote mark under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $11,000,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
