- N00164-15-R-GR70 - PROGRAMMABLE AUTOMATED BALL BONDER (ABB) SYSTEM, PROGRAMMABLE AUTOMATED WEDGE BONDER (AWB) SYSTEM, INSTALLATION AND TRAINING FSC 3670 - NAICS 333242 Anticipated Issue Date 13 JAN 2015 - Anticipated Closing Date 17 FEB 2015 - 2:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has a requirement for a Programmable Ball Bonder System, a Programmable Wedge Bonder System, Field Installation Services, and Equipment Operation Training. The system shall meet the requirement of the NSWC Crane Division Statement of Work and NSWC Crane Division specifications. Inspection and acceptance will be FOB Destination NSWC Crane Division, Crane, Indiana 47522-5001 fifteen (15) weeks after date of contract. A single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated. The following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) are anticipated: CLIN 0001 - ABB System Qty. 1 each CLIN 0002 - ABB System Installation Qty. 1 lot CLIN 0003 - ABB System Training Qty. 1 lot CLIN 0004 - AWB System Qty. 1 each CLIN 0005 - AWB System Installation Qty. 1 lot CLIN 0006 - AWB System Training Qty. 1 lot CLIN 0007 - Technical Data Qty. 1 lot FAR part 12 - Commercial Procedures will be utilized. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% small business set aside in accordance with procedures at FAR subpart 19.5. The applicable NAICS Classification is 333242 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation attachments and/or exhibits will be posted to FedBizOpps concurrently with the solicitation. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the Point of Contact (POC) at NSWC Crane. All changes that occur prior to closing date will be posted to the FEDBIZOPPS website. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a timely conforming proposal will be provided any changes/amendment and considered for future discussions and/or award.
