Description
Solicitation SPE4A6-15-X-0354 replaces solicitation SPE4A6-14-X-0849. The requirement will be issued in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The RFQ will cover requirements for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods for NSN 6240-00-152-2996, Lamp Fluorescent in accordance with Basic CID A-A-55005 Dated 10/03/2006, Part Piece Number A-A55005-1. The estimated annual demand quantity is 9852 boxes. A guaranteed minimum quantity of 2463 boxes applies to the base year only. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. The requested delivery is 114 days ARO. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Programs applies. The solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the toolbar. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue on or about December 15, 2014.
