Description

DLA Energy's Coal Division is procuring a total of 102,000 Net Tons (NTS) of bituminous stoker/modified stoker coal. Line Item 0002 will be solicited 100% definite quantity. Line Item 0003 will be solicited 75% definite quantity and Line Items 0004, 0005, 0006, 0007, 0008 and 0009 will be solicited as requirements type with no definite quantity guarantees. The following line items will be 100% set aside for small business: 0002, Marine Corps Base (MCB), Camp Lejeune, NC, 27,000 NTS and 0003 Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC, 30,000 NTS. The remaining line items will be unrestricted; 0004, Wright Patterson AFB (WPAFB), OH, 18,000 NTS; 0005, Joint Systems Manufacturing Center - Lima, OH, 5,000 NTS; 0006, Rock Island Arsenal, IL, 6,000 NTS; 0007, Red River Army Depot (RRAD), TX, 6,000 NTS; 0008, U. S. Capitol Power Plant (USCPP), Washington, DC, 5,000 NTS and 0009, Malmstrom AFB, MT 5,000 NTS. Free on Board (FOB) destination offers with deliveries by railcar or truck as indicated in the solicitation are required. The performance period for all line items is May 1, 2015 through April 30, 2016.
