Description

U. S. DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) desires to lease sufficient Rentable Square Footage (RSF) of real property space to yield up to approximately 9,999 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) in Chattanooga, TN for use as an Annex Clinic. The space must be on no more than one (1) floor and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. On-site parking for 100 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: Brainerd Rd (US 64) West: Belvoir Ave South: I-24/I-75 East: HWY 153 A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA.
