Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT USING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION: Social Security Administration. This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space for the Social Security Administration, Raleigh, North Carolina from the current lessor. The Government will negotiate a two (2) year lease renewal at the existing location and consider an alternative space if economically advantageous. This is due to the economic benefit i.e. relocation/ moving of personal property, telecommunication relocation, disruption, and tenant improvement cost not expected to be recovered through full and open competition. The Government will negotiate with the current lessor to renew the lease for the Social Security Administration for approximately 13,736 ABOA square feet of office space, with a total of 78 surface parking spaces.
