- The Contracting Division, Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for Solid Waste Removal located at the Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. POP 1/1/2015 - 12/31/2015 to include 4 option years. Award of contract is subject to availability of funding. The type of contract is firm-fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 562111 is applicable. Small business size standard is $38.5 million.
