Description

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to enter into sole source procurement negotiations with Xenex Disinfection Services LLC for the Pulsed Xenon UV Disinfection System at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, in Milwaukee, WI. This is a one-time equipment buy, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. If a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service, by 5:00PM (CST) December 22, 2014. Information must be sent to Antonio Reyes, Contracting Officer, VAMC GLAC, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee WI 53214 or Email. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. If no responses are received, the GLAC will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Xenex Disinfection Services LLC.
