Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT - M67001-15-Q-0045 The Contracting Department, MCIEAST, Camp Lejeune, NC intends to award a sole source contract to JWC Environmental, 4485 Commerce Dr., Ste 109, Buford, GA 30518, for the purchase of Grinder/Cutter used in the treatment of wastewater at Bldg AS630. This procurement is being conducted utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government is soliciting from a Single Source, pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. However, the government will consider all vendor capabilities received within 2 days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
