- IGF::OT::IGF The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Northeast Region 5, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Hatchery Building Drainage Improvements at the Dwight D. Eisenhower National Fish Hatchery located in North Chittenden (Rutland Co.), Vermont. The work under this project includes removal and disposal of existing reinforced concrete apron, concrete stoop, asphalt pavement, earth, and gravel, power washing foundation, installation of liquid waterproofing, exterior French drain system, reinforced concrete apron/doorstop, bituminous pavement, erosion prevention rock, loam, and seeding with new. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $25,000. and $100,000. This procurement is set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 238990, with a small business size standard of $15.0 million. Registration is required at the System for Award Management (SAM online at www.sam.gov)to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. A Request for Proposal (RFP) including Performance Work Statement, drawings and evaluation criteria will be released through www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net on or about January 1, 2015. The period of performance is sixty calendar days. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. Award will be made based upon Best Value to the Government is accordance with FAR Part 15, and the terms in the solicitation.
