City, State: Oklahoma City, OK Delineated Area: Offered buildings must be located within the following boundaries: North: NW 63rd Street South: 89th Street East: Sooner Road to I-40, I-40 to I-35 West: Meridian Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,600 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 31 Parking Spaces (Surface): 29 Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous and have the potential for an efficient layout. Space located on the second floor or higher is preferred. Offered space must meet or have the potential to meet Government requirements for Energy Star, and Fire, Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). Subleases will not be considered. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Space shall not be located within a base 100 year flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. B. Projected Dates.
