- Janitorial Services for Bellingham ATCT, Bellingham, WA The purpose of this Request for Offer is to seek competent and qualified contractors to provide Janitorial Services for the Olympia ATCT in Bellingham, WA. NAICS Code # 561720 (Janitorial Services) SET-ASIDE INFORMATION: All responsible, competitive offers that are small business concerns & conform to the solicitation, will be considered equally for award. (clause 3.6.1.-1 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
