- This is a SUB_CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY Scope of Work - 92544 Category: 08.2.0 Windows Remove the existing first and second floor bedroom windows being careful of the head and jam framing. Install 60 new fixed commercial grade windows that provide a minimum of 3'x4'window with an awning unit on top for ventilation similar to the windows in dorms. Repair any damage to the interior and exterior finishes. (Low E glass, the awning unit should be 16"x the width of the window with vandal and rust resistant hardware).
